2022 – 2025 • UX/UI Design

Designed a wealth management platform serving family offices, advisors and investors. Worked across portfolio analytics, reporting, and workflows to help users manage complex financial data with greater visibility and less manual effort. The platform supported 100+ family offices and tens of billions in assets under intelligence.

Copia Deal Space

2024 – 2025 • UX/UI Design

Led UX/UI for Deal Space, an AI-powered deal evaluation platform built to support due diligence, collaboration, and decision-making around investment opportunities. The product transformed complex deal materials into structured analysis and actionable insights, compressing evaluation timelines from weeks to days.

As an individual contributor supporting the development team, to being embedded daily with WestJet’s internal design team, I contributed to the evolution of its mobile apps across booking and trip management. Worked closely with the product owners to refine app flows that improved usability for millions of travelers across iOS and Android.

M&T Bank

Designed a modern homepage concept for M&T Bank focused on creating a clearer, more approachable banking experience for younger customers. Worked across creative with our Client Partner to simplify financial information and surface helpful financial guidance and services.

Xinja Mobile Bank

Worked alongside the Australia-based Xinja team to optimize their mobile only banking product. Focused on money management, payments, and account experiences, helping refine moments that made everyday banking feel more approachable and engaging for thousands of users.

AltaGas Mobile Approvals

Partnered with a UX researcher to convert a legacy JDE system design into a modern mobile approval experience that helped employees review, approve, and forward time-sensitive procurement documents from anywhere. The app streamlined workflows for 3rd party vendors, becoming a critical part of managing data, saving hours of work weekly.

MyAlberta Digital ID

2018 • UX/UI Design • Web

The Government of Alberta set out to create a secure digital identity that would help all Albertans access government services online. I designed the web and mobile registration experience, turning a complex identity verification process into a clear, multi-step guided journey that made registration easier to complete without compromising security.

Lyra Health

Working directly with Lyra Health’s product team, I helped optimize onboarding experiences that connected users with personalized mental health care. Contributed to UX/UI design and prototypes across guided intake, tailored recommendations, and provider matching, focused on improving access and reducing friction.

My Shaw App

2017 • UI • iOS, Android

Evolved Shaw's customer web experience into a native mobile product. Guided by user research, I contributed to the end-to-end UX/UI design across the entire app, including account management, billing, services, and support. The self-serve mobile experience launched on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, serving millions of Shaw customers across Western Canada.

University of Texas Austin

2015 • UX/UI • iOS

Worked with stakeholders from the University of Texas at Austin to design a data-driven learning platform for degree programs at UT. The platform allowed students to complete tests, chat, and track progress from a single iPad experience. Over 100 students in the biomedical sciences program piloted the program, with 80% earning a B or above.

Enmax Energy Corp.

2013 • UX/UI • iOS

Consolidated more than 100 pages of forms into a single iOS app for ENMAX electrical engineers working outside in unpredictable Alberta weather conditions. The app improved safety and productivity, helping teams complete required workflows 2x faster. The app eliminated 185,000 paper sheets, and saved roughly $15,000 annually in printing costs.
